5.2 Payment Schedule

Typical payment structure:

• 30% upfront to initiate the project
• 40% upon design approval
• 30% upon project completion and delivery

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges and could result in project suspension. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received in full.

6. Project Deliverables

6.1 Scope of Work

Project scope is defined in the initial agreement. Any changes to the scope may require additional charges and timeline adjustments.

6.2 Revisions

We provide reasonable revisions as part of our service. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

6.3 Acceptance

Clients are expected to review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide feedback may result in project closure.

7. Warranty and Support

7.1 Warranty Period

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes and issues arising from our work. The warranty period is typically 30 days from project delivery.

7.2 Support Services

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. These are not included in the initial project scope unless specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

AMNEXA Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination by the client may result in payment for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet disruptions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
